Laura Strauch
Owner/Project Manager
With over 25 years of industry experience, owner Laura Strauch takes a hands-on approach to every project to ensure the highest level of quality and compliance. She oversees scheduling, logistics, subcontract coordination, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and submittals while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Working closely with SCL’s project superintendent, Laura leads weekly production meetings to maintain communication, efficiency, and successful project delivery.
Certifications/Training: Stormwater Management Inspector and ECS, Traffic Control Supervisor, OSHA 10-hour Training, Excavation and Trenching Competent Person, Qualifies Water Efficient Landscaper.
Pablo Ibarra
Field Superintendent
With more than 30 years of construction experience, Pablo oversees daily field operations to ensure all scheduled work is completed on time and in accordance with project requirements. He serves as a liaison between project subcontractors, maintaining clear communication and verifying strict adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Pablo is responsible for ensuring that every detail of each project aligns seamlessly with approved plans and established construction requirements, helping to maintain consistency, efficiency, and overall project excellence.
