SaBell’s Civil and Landscape, LLC is a women-owned civil and landscape construction company founded in 2016 by owner Laura Strauch following the restructuring of the family business. Built on the belief that the construction industry needed more versatile and integrated contractors, SCL LLC specializes in combining civil construction and landscape services into a streamlined, efficient approach.

Our team delivers high-quality workmanship across a wide range of services, including drainage, grading, concrete flatwork, hardscapes, landscape installation, and irrigation systems. By integrating both civil and landscape scopes under one contractor, we provide owners with a more hands-on, personalized construction experience while helping larger general contractors simplify project management through reduced subcontractor coordination.

As a small-scale general contractor, SaBell’s Civil and Landscape focuses primarily on projects ranging from $300K–$2M, while remaining flexible to accommodate smaller projects depending on schedule and season.
